Q1: What are your factory's main products ? Main Products: Bubble Waffle Maker, Commercial Waffle Maker, Waffle Stick Maker, Mini Pancake Maker, Crepe Maker, Chocolate Warmer and other series. Q2: How long and how to get sample from us ? 1) We can make as per your request, please provide us artwork in PDF to follow, you only need to pay for the transportation freight and the products sample cost, but once bulk order placed, we will refund you the sample cost. 2) Sample lead time: about 15 days 3) Sample payment: we accept sample payment sent by West Union, paypal, T/T.

1). Any user who buy our products of kitchen equipment series will enjoy 6 months warranty.

2). If the machine broken under warranty, we will send some spare parts for repair, such as heating element and thermostat. You just need to pay shipping cost. Video of how to replace parts will be sent to you if needed. 3). You can buy some spare parts. We will send it with machine together so that you could replace in time. 4). If the product is not covered by the warranty, our customer service still warmly serve for you. If it need to replace parts of the product, we only charge parts fee and transportation costs.
