Q1: What’s your payment term?
A1: TERMS OF PAYMENT: T/T. Our normal payment term is 30% as deposit, balance before loading by T/T.

Q2:What’s your delivery time ?
A2: It is based on the quantity you order. But normally, our production time is 15 to 22 working days.

Q3: How many days you can finish the design if we send the layout of location?
A3: Usually about 2-3 working days. Also we will revise design if you would like to change something.

Q4:Can we choose color of product?
A4: Yes, we have series colors for your option, welcome to contact with our sales department to show you what colors we have.

Q5: What is the warranty time?
A5: Our warranty time is 3 years.

Q6: Are you the factory or trading company?
A6: We are the factory, we do products development, design, production, sell and so on.

Q7: Do you have sample plans you can send me?
A7:Yes, we have a range of designs available for a range of building sizes from 100sq ft to 20000sq ft that we would be pleased to send to you.
