Q1: What is the warranty for the led strips?
A1: For the led strips,we have 1-2 years warranty.If any quality problems on our side occured in this period ,we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.

 Q2:Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
A4: For small led strip order,express will be best. And for bulk order,sea ship way is best but take much time.
       For urgent orders,we suggest via air to airport plus our ship partner send to your door.

Q3:what's your led strip order leadtime?
A5: the sample order leadtime will be 3-5days .

       the big order leaddtime will be 10-12days,

Q4:whether Rebow can do custom assembly or offer OEM led strip?

A6: Rebow has gained a lot of experience on OEM assembly of LED strip lighting. The strips can have different size, layout, customer logos and labels. We also want to apply the experience to LED luminaires as we have good design and engineering team. Because we have our own CNC processing machines we can quickly work out prototype for LEDstrip. We will strictly follow the principal that we won’t disclose or sell customer unique designs or jointly developed products to another third party.
