Features
1. The broach is made of imported W18Cr4V materials and has high hardness, good abrasion resistance and long serving life;
2. The broach can cut 20,000 specimens;
3. The broach has 54 teeth (5mm broach has 74 teeth), the last 4 teeth are used for shaping;
4. There are 4 Si between the teeth;
5. The processed U notch can meet the standard of GB/T229-2007 “Metallic Material Charpy Notch Impact Test Method”, GB 2106-80 “Metallic Materials-Charpy (U notch) Impact Test Method” and ASTME23-02a “Metallic materials Standard Impact Test Method for Specimen Notch”.
6. We can also provide you with V broach of 2mm and U broaches of 3mm and 5mm. U broaches of 3mm can meet GB standard, U broaches of 5mm meet both GB and European standard. We also manufacture special broaches in American standard according to customers’ requirements.
