Applications:

Computer Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Universal Testing Machine Model WAW-1000C is suitable to test various metallic & non-metallic materials for tension, compression, flexure, bending and shearing strength. It can be capable of testing the characters of materials on physical & technology properties. It is simple, easy to operate and widely used in works, laboratories and high schools for material properties research and quality control. Equipped with computer as well as printer, it can display, record, process and print the test results and can draw test curves automatically.
Standards conform to ISO6892:1998, EN100021-1-2001, ASTM E8M, JIS Z2241-1998, ISO75000-1.

Safeguard

• Overload protection: When the testing load is over 2%-5% of Max. Load, the system will unload.

• Stroke protection: When the piston arrives at the upper limited position, the motor of oil pump will stop.

• When control deviation exceeds +/-10% of the full scale value, the test will stop automatically.

• Emergency stop switch

1. Constant speed ram stroke control:

·Control range: Ram return point to Max Ram stroke

·Speed range:0.5~50mm/min

2. Constant speed load control:

Control range: 5 to 100% of full scale load

Speed range: 0.1 to 5 full scale/min

3. Constant speed strain control:

·Control range:5~100%of full scale elongation

· Speed range: 0.1- 80%/min

4. Displacement-keeping control

6. Emergency shut down button & over load protection (auto stop) function equipped and return to the

specified position automatically。

Completed control mode & intelligent expert system. With auto- processing control function, it can complete smooth switch of various modes in order to satisfy test requirements for various kinds of test materials & test standards at home & abroad.

Control software has the auto-adjusting function of test hardness, which assures system optimization for every kind of specimen rigidity.

Perfect graphic function, which can realize the arbitrarily magnifying, decreasing, equaling, adding, indicative display and print of all kinds of test curves, the test point searching as well as the simultaneous display and print of several kinds of test curves. Data processing supposes self-disposing and input disposing of graphic human computer interaction, which facilitates the check and contrast of the test result.

The client can self-define the output of the test report, which makes the report format have very high flexibility.

Modularization design facilitates the software upgrading, function spreading as well as the second development.
