Laminated PVB tempered glass is produced with two or more than two sheets of tempered glass with one or more 0.38mm PVB are mounted on each other in a clean room. Then the sandwich is pre-strengthened via a controlled, high pressurized and industrial process. The laminating process results in the tempered glass panels holding together in the event of breakage, reducing the risk of harm.
