Tampered glass

 Tampered glass is produced by tempering process, which is the glass after edging being put into temper machine with heating to around 700 degree and then cool down rapidly with a strong wind jet.  This process result in glass surface into compression whereas the interior remain in tension. 

Tampered glass is 5 times more stronger than the normal annual glass, it is rated as A safety glass according to many standards around the world.

When tampered glass is broken, it will shatter into small piece with obtuge angles which will do no harm to human beings.

Tampered glass shape can be curved or flat: 

 Also tinted glass is available for making toughened glass color more optional according to your design.

5. Q:What if I received the wrong size glass?
A: We will forward the drawing and the production details to the production department to double check before producing, so the rate of wrong size is almost zero. but if you really get a wrong size glass, show me the photo and video, we will replace for you freely.
