 About tempered glass with HST treatment:

1. Security: Tempered glass is a kind of the safe glass, once breakage occurs, the glass disintegrates into small cubical fragments, which are relatively harmless to human body.

2.High intensity: The compressive strength is 3 to 5 times that of ordinary glass.

3.Heat stability: Tempered glass has good heat stability and can withstand the temperature difference is 3 times of ordinary glass and 300℃ temperature changes.

HST treatment:

Tempered glass after the HST treatment, tempered glass would be self-exploding in advance in the Heat Soak Furnace in case while we are using it originally, so as to reduce the rate of self-exploding while we are using it .
