 About Figured Glass

 1:Manufacturing process: single roll and double roll.

  single roll:The glass liquid is poured onto the calendering forming table.  roll engraved with patterns rolls on the glass liquid surface, and the finished figured glass is sent to the annealing furnace.

2:Double roll method

Glass liquid  are pulled forward to the annealing  furnace by a pair of cold rotation rollers. Generally, the lower roller has concave and convex patterns on the surface, while the upper roller is polishing roller, so as to make single patterned embossed glass. 

 3:Performance :

 It is optically opaque and transparent, which can make the light soft and has the function of privacy screen protection and certain decorative effect.

4:Application:

 About tempered glass:

1. Security: Tempered glass is a kind of the safe glass, once breakage occurs, the glass disintegrates into small cubical fragments, which are relatively harmless to human body.

3.Heat stability: Tempered glass has good heat stability and can withstand the temperature difference is 3 times of ordinary glass and 300℃ temperature changes.
