EVA FILM FOR LAMIANTED GLASS

1. Characteristics

Highly transparent and adhesive, outstanding weatherability and long-term reliability; No plasticizer: highly adhesive to thermo-plastic materials, metal and paper;

Low processing temperature and non-autoclave;

Easy storage: room temperature and little water absorption.

2. Standard specification

Thickness: 0.25mm, 0.38mm, 0.76mm

Width: 1000mm, 1850mm, 2000mm, 2100mm, 2250mm

Length: 150m, 100m, 50m per roll

Color: any color as your demand.

3. Package

The film is winding around 3 inches paper core, wrapped and sealed with PE film. Carton boxes are applied for packaging.

Vacuum time:	Pre-vacuuming:5 mins for single layer oven, 10 mins for 5 layers oven.				Pre-vacuuming:3 mins for single layer oven, 5mins for 5 layers oven.

Note: The temperature is for glass surface temperature, the suggested process is for your reference. Please adjust it according to your actual oven condition.

5. Storage:

Store in ventilated environment at less than 35°Ctemperature and 60% humidity;

Avoid direct exposure to heat, light, or rain, and also heavy stress or impaction by hard objects.

Shelf life: three months in summer and six months in winter.

6. Caution:

a) Sealing Agent

Compatibility test by customer is required beforehand, since any plasticizer or solvent contained by sealing agent may cause de-lamination of the glass edge.

b) Usage in cold region

Usage under temperature -28°Cis not recommended and SEEKAN is not responsible for any damage caused hereby.

c) Your own compatibility tests are required when using other than glass materials with different coefficient of thermal expansion, such as ink, PET, PVC, PC and etc.
