INSULATING GLASS (DOUBLE GLAZING GLASS)

insulating glass is made of two -sheet or mmulti-sheet of glass ,and the units are sealed by two process of sealing with hih strength together with aluminum spacer.

Characteristics:

energysaving:very low U value(=1.0w/mk )could be less if filled with insert gas,thus,reduce the heat transfer coefficient

Noise reduction:could reduce 30 decibels and diminish 5 decibel more if filled with inner gas

Anti-dew under even the temperature below -70C

under the conditions of same insulation effect,insulating glass can increase the ligting area, enhance interior comfort and simplify the building structure
