Vacuum Glass is the third generation of energy saving glass products after hollow glass and Low-e hollow glass. At present, the world building energy consumption has accounted for nearly 1/3 of total social energy consumption.As the trird of generation of enrgy -saving glass, vacuum glass, which excels in its unique thermaal insulation, sound insulation, and anti-condensation properties than hollow glass 3-5 times. 


              Vacuum glass is made according to principle of vacuum flask, seal two pieces of flat glass with a 0.15mm gap and pump the vacuum to 0.1Pa, using a LOW-E glass to achieve the best features. Due to internal vacuum, conduction and convection of the gas is almost non-existent, LOW-E coating more than 85% of the turn of the infrared radiation

Advantage

1. Super heat and insulation

The interval between two pieces of vacuum glass is only 0.1~0.2 mm that much smaller than insulating glass

within the hollow vacuum. There is no conduction and

convection, and LOW-E coating reflects almost more than 85% of the infrared back. In short, the vacuum glass conduction, convection and radiation are the basic blocked, so it has such an excellent thermal insulation property.

HD-VIG has a very low heat transfer coefficient, and its

thermal insulation properties exceed all hollow glass,

significantly reduce the costs of healing and refrigeration. In winter, HD-VIG reduces heat loss and save heating expenses whereas, in summer, it reduces indoor temperature and the workload of the air conditioner.

2. Ultra-quiet

Vacuum glass in a vacuum, no air media, the noise cannot be spread, and really reduce the noise compared with

hollow glass. In most voice-band, especially in the low

frequency sound insulation performance is better than a

hollow glass.

3. Anti-condensation

temperatures and will not appear insulating glass

Vacuum Insulated glass dew point is low in winter,

effectively preventing the glass frost condensation.

4. Negative energy consumption 

Combining solar cells with vacuum glass is new high-tech construction materials with photovoltaic glass and

architectural glass. It saves energy with vacuum glass and overcomes the solar cell operating temperature at the

The current electric hearing defooging solution to the doors results in more power consumption and shortens working life of compressor. 1.  More beautiful and design for wine freezer door

At the same work situation, if you want to keep a good energy saving value, you may choose double glazing insulated glass, with 3 glass and 2 aluminum spacer. It will sacrifices the thickness.  But to keep the same U-value of glass, Vacuum glass may need 6.15mm, 8.15mm or 10.15mm.   If you want better glass U-value, you can also use vacuum insulated glass.

Because of less thickness of glass, you can have more beautiful appearance and design.
