In the liquid crystal panel industry, the connection between the display screen and the flexible film circuit in the production process of mobile phone, touch screen, notebook computer display and other products has been subjected to hot pressing method, that is, the flexible film circuit is directly bonded by heating and pressing. On the glass with LCD wiring points, this process requires the glass plane to be clean, but the glass surface is easily contaminated during actual production, storage and transportation. If it is not cleaned, fingerprints or dust will inevitably appear. . The short circuit caused by these surface impurity particles may cause the display segment of the LCD to malfunction for a period of time, usually as a display missing or a disorder in the display. In addition to this, the poor adhesion of the thin film circuit and the glass due to the low surface tension may cause malfunction. The traditional way to solve this problem is to use a cotton swab and detergent to manually clean the glass of the LCD, but this treatment will result in an average scrap rate of up to 12%. The plasma glass technology is used to clean the LCD glass, removing the impurity particles, improving the surface energy of the material, and increasing the yield of the product by an order of magnitude. At the same time, since the jet low temperature plasma is electrically neutral, the protective film, the ITO film layer and the polarizing filter are not damaged during processing. This process can be carried out "online" and requires no solvent and is therefore more environmentally friendly.
