Empty capsule loading----nitrogen first flushing----coffee filling----coffee pressing----nitrogen second flushing into hopper----hopper mixing----capsule edge cleaning----nitrogen third flushing----foil loading----first sealing----second sealing ----finished capsule drop down.

B: for KCup coffee capsules:

Empty capsule loading----KCup filter loading----automatic press filter into KCups----nitrogen first flushing----coffee powder filling----coffee pressing----nitrogen second flushing into hopper----hopper mixing----capsule edge cleaning----nitrogen third flushing----foil loading----first sealing----second sealing ----finished capsule drop down.
