Product Description

Tempered glass is a heat toughened safety glass. It has undergone a special heat treatment to increase its strength and resistance to impact. In fact, tempered glass is approximately five times more resistant than normal glass. As an example, a piece of 8mm tempered glass will be able to withstand a steel ball weighing 500g dropped from a height of 2 meters.

It also be called ultra clear glass or extra clear glass. While floating through the molten tin, the glass under the works of gravity and surface tension becomes smooth and flat at both sides.The crystal glass has higher light transmittance than ordianry glass. It is wildly use as Range Hood Panel,Gas Hob Panel,Oven Panel,Induction Cooker Panel,etc.

Packaging Details

1. Paper and Cork liner will be put between every two glass to prevent them hurt each other.

2. Glass will be put in suitable wooden crate with Corner Protectors.

3. Under wooden crate there will be legs for forklift easy loading and unloading.

1. How to get a quotation
We need some time for calculation. As a result, we can't provide any price reference via phone. Information required for quotation differs among the different types of items.

b. Material and glass thickness and size.
c. If the glass need silk screen, please supply a CAD file or AI file or Coreldraw file which contain silk screen print pattern and color.
d. Order quantity.

2. Do you accept small order
Any order quantity is welcome. But some type of products are high cost that not suitable small order.

Sure you can. Please send your request via email.We can supply similar sample,but you must supply express fee. If you want the sample is exactly the same as your require ,you must pay sample fee.
