1.Chalk powder mixer

The machine uses double paddle stirring to make the material react quickly and mix evenly.

2.Vacuum Chalk Extruder

The extrusion part adopts the screw, the screw blade and the reverse screw groove device, and the hard alloy steel sheet is welded to the wear to prolong the service life.

3.Chalk Conveyor

The whole machine is composed of high-strength aluminum alloy structural beams, which are durable and non-deformable.

4.chalk cutting machine

The cutter is made of high-density material, and the cut chalk is neat at both ends.

5.chalk drying machine

The product adopts infrared radiation heating, automatic temperature control, low power consumption, fast heating, uniform drying and short drying time.
