Product Description

The air intake device is the throat of air heating furnace blasting air to blast furnace. The working condition is undesired and the equipments are easy to be damaged.

The substantive features of the air intake device are as follows:

(1).It is simple in structure and light in weight. All parts are manufactured according to the real requirement. It is easy and convenient to disassemble and assemble, which meets the requirement of quick disassembling and assembling in front of the furnace; the elbow pipe sphere sealed with the connection pipeline applies the changeable sphere interface seat, which prolongs life of the elbow pipe.

(2).The sealed sphere applies heat resistance complex material techmology and can resist 1350℃ oxidation; also the profile modeling manufacturing technologh is adopted to ensure the sealing precision.

(3).The refractory lining ramming adopts the advanced technology of cold pouring and medium baking. The ramming is densified, reliable and high in degree of fire resistance. Especially the belly pipe is made of refractory fiber, which prevents weak parts such as coal powder injection interjection from falling off and makes them long lived.

(4).YHL heat insulation material ia applied, which results that the surface temperature of air intake device is 50-100℃ lower than the previous device. The thermal loss becomes less and relatively the temperature of intake air is improved, so energy is saved.

(5).All the connection of flange are equipped with refractory aluminum silicate covering metal gasker( or strand ), which is to prevent the device from air leak of intermediate or later stage.
