Description of electromagnetic roasting machine:

Environmental friendly: the machine is heated electromagnetically without any carbon emission. The carbon emission to operation ambience is zero.

Low energy consumption: the machine uses integrated pan , which will preserve the heat from radiation outwards. The heat efficiency can be over 95% and can save over 45% power consumption of the traditional roasting machine

Saving time and electricity: the pan of electromagnetic roasting machine is the heating source and no thermal transmission means is needed. It can reach over 200°C in 30s after powering on. The efficiency is improved and the heat energy consumption is decreased in the thermal transmission. It consumes 0.6KW to roast 5 kg of raw sunflower seeds and consumes 0.55KW to roast 5 kg of gingili.

Selected material: the whole machine is made of stainless steel to ensure sanitation and safety of roasted products, compliant with GMP standard.

High temperature: the highest temperature can be 400°C

Human-machine interface: human friendly design, intelligent control and convenient parameter ting

Precious temperature control: the requirement of professional skill is low and the temperature control precision in operation can be ±2% so that the quality of every batch can be ensured to be the same and of the same color. Therefore, the professional skill requirement is not strict and the recruitment standard can be lowered.
