introduction 

The semi automatic waffle cone equipment is composed of waffle maker and semi automatic rolled sugar cone machine. The waffle maker is use to baking shells for ice cream cone, and the semi automatic rolled sugar cone is used to rolling the sugar cone.

Structure 

The waffle maker is composed by working table, waffle mould, transmission system, watering system, transmission system and operating system.

1. Working Table: circular shape with stainless steel protection. Electrical heating controlling fixed inside of the protection. Welding frame component includes transmission system, watering system and controlling system. 

2. Waffle mould: 18pcs moulds in total, which is composed of upper, down mould frame, upper, down mould, gemel, handle and electrothermal elements. 

3. Electrical heating system: includes electrothermal elements, temperature sensor, controlling switch 4. Watering system: it is composed of filling pump, cylinder, electromagnetic valve, and filler. Adjusting the materials quantity can be via cylinder adjustment.  

5. Transmission system: motor, retarder and gear retarder

6. Operating system: two parts will be included: working table and controlling box. 

The semi automatic rolled sugar cone machine is composed of working table, rolling mould, transmission system and operating system.

1. Working Table: squareness shape with stainless steel protection. Welding frame component includes transmission system, bearing seat connecting with frame. 

2. Rolling mould is composed of rolling head, shell, axle and bracket. Rolling power will be transmitted by gear system.

3. Transmission system includes motor, retarder, gemel , cam and so on. 

4. Rolling parts controlled under rolling machine panel with the same controlling box as waffle maker.. Two motors are controlled by switch. Temperature controlling can master preheating system.

5.Warranty time: one year. During the guarantee period, if the main body defective as the bad quality without any workers wrong operation, we should replace the parts for free.
