Description:

 This type of production line is consists of slurry mixer,slurry feeder,automatic ball-mill filling machine,baking machine and cooling conveyor.It is specially designed by PLC,easy operation for different customer.

The flow chart of the processing is:

slurry mixing->slurry feeding->baking->filling->roll forming->cutting->cooling conveying.

    Dough slurry mixing machine can mix the materials equality,short mixing time is the

advantage,the slurry is transferred to the main baking machine.The baking machine 

is heated by the gas fire.The fire burner is controlled by the solenoid valve automatically;

the operation is easy and simple.The rotary speed of the baking roll can be adjusted;

the baking temperature is controlled automatically by the temperature controller to avoid

the power waste.The roll filling and roll forming machine is controlled by the frequency 

inverter,speed is adjustable.The filling material is milling by the milling machine and 

automatic feeding to the dough sheet,to be formed to a stick shape and the filled dough 

stick is cut by the cutting machine.The thickness and diameter of the roll is controlled by 

the core shaft.
