 The machine transmits the ultra-audio current to the induction head, and the bottle aluminum foil under the induction head is subjected to electromagnetic induction to generate ultra-audio current until it reaches a high temperature instantly, so that the composite film on the aluminum foil melts and binds to the bottle mouth, achieve high efficiency and high quality sealing effect. 

It is mainly applicable of capping operation of non-metal bottleneck (i.e. plastics, glass) which features of flat threaded cap, but not applicable of capping operation of metal & non-threaded pressing cap.

Work principle

The continuous induction sealing machine is composed of 3 parts: induction power, induction sealing head and conveyor. 

There's induction coil inside the induction sealing head and a stable magnetic field will from around the sealing head after turning on the machine. The conveyor carries the bottles to the magnetic field under the sealing  head to form a whirlpool on the aluminium foil which translates the electric energy to heat.
