Q1. Can I have a sample order for led string lights?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2. What about the lead time?

A: Leading time for samples is 3-5 days, for offcial orders is 7 to 15 working days. 

Q3. Do you have any MOQ?

A: Our MOQ is 100pcs/model for normal light, 1000pcs/model for customized lamps. 

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: Express (DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT) takes 5-7 days. Shipping by Air is 7-10 days. By sea will be 28-45 days.

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
