Used for testing the impact value of coarse aggregate, such as gravel, gravel, etc., used for determining the resistance of aggregate to instantaneous impact or impact resistance.

Main structure:

The aggregate impact value tester is mainly composed of the following parts: release button; Adjust button; Hand; Hook; The hammer; Pillar; Impact cup; Base.

Technical parameters:

1. Measuring cylinder: inner diameter 76mm, inner height 51mm, wall thickness 3mm.

2. Impact cup: a round steel cylinder with an inner diameter of 102mm and an inner height of 50mm, the inner surface of which is tempered.

3. Tamping rod: the steel rod has a diameter of 10mm and a length of 23mm, and one end is hemispherical.

4. Impact hammer weight: 14.0~13.5Kg, the diameter of the lower cylinder is 100mm, the length is 50mm, the bottom edge is made into a 1.5mm chamfering, and the surface is hardened.

5. Drop height of impact hammer: 380 5mm.
