500X pressure relief/pressure holding valve consists of the main valve, pressure relief/pressure holding guide valve needle valve, ball valve, microform filter and pressure gauge.Hydraulic automatic operation, which can be used for pressure relief valve and pressure holding valve.When used as pressure relief valve, the water supply line pressure can be maintained below the set safety value;Do hold pressure valve, can maintain the main valve upstream water pressure above the set value, maintain the main valve upstream water supply pressure. This product is controlled by hydraulic power, no need of other devices and energy, easy maintenance, multi-purpose valve. This series of valve products are widely used in high-rise buildings, living areas and other water supply network systems and urban water supply projects.

500X relief valve holding pressure valve working principle 1. Pressure relief valve: when the pressure relief/pressure holding guide valve is adjusted to the pressure relief state, water flows to the outlet through the needle valve, main valve control room, ball valve A, pressure relief/pressure holding guide valve and ball valve B, and the main valve is in the open state at this time.When the inlet pressure exceeds the safe value set by the pressure relief/pressure holding guide valve, the pressure relief guide valve will open automatically and release some water through the ball valve C to relieve pressure in the pipeline.When the pressure returns to a safe value, the relief valve closes automatically.For pressure relief valve, the ball valve is always open. 2. Pressure holding valve: when pressure relief/pressure holding guide valve is adjusted to pressure holding state, as long as the inlet water pressure of the main valve is lower than the set value of the guide valve, the guide valve is closed.Pressure boost in main control room, main valve closed.When the upstream water supply pressure of the main valve exceeds the pressure set by the guide valve, the pressure holding guide valve can be opened. The water in the control room is discharged to the outlet through the ball valve.When used as a pressure holding valve, ball valve C is normally closed or replaced with a plug.
