TBT-2806A Softening Point Apparatus (Ring and ball Apparatus)
Bitumens gradually become softer and less viscous as the temperature rises. Softening point is used to classify bitumens, it indicates the tendency of the material to flow at elevated temperatures encountered in service.
TBT-2806A is suitable to determine softening point of Bitumen, coal pitch, liquid petroleum bitumen, and various bitumen. It can be widely used for asphalt manufacturing companies, highway and bridge construction companies, relative colleges and universities, and scientific research institutes.
TBT-2806A is designed and made as per GB/T4507 Standard Test Methods for Softening Point of Bitumen of national standard of China, T0608 Softening Point Test (Ring-and-Ball Apparatus) in the Industrial Standard of China JTG E20-2011 Standard Test Methods for Bitumen and Bituminous Mixtures for Highway Engineering.
