1. Main purposes and scope:
TBTWDW-5 computer control electronic universal testing machine is used in tension, compression, bending and other mechanical property indexes tests for metallic, non-metallic and compound materials. Its precise auto control and data acquisition system can realize full digitalization adjustment for data acquisition and control process. In tension test, it can test max. bearing tension, tensile strength, extension deformation, elongation etc. All test parameters are automatically calculated through computer according to the test parameters which are set before test and can display test results. After test, all the test parameters can be inquired and also printed.
1) It has remote control box and can adjust moving speed of cross beam.
2) It has function of automatcially returning to the original position after test, intelligent, effective and fast.
3) It has functions of limit protection, overvoltage protection and overcurrent protection, reliable and safe.
4) It has strong test database, which can be saved, inquired and retrieved at any time.
5) It can realize constant speed control to force, stress, deformation, strain, stroke, load, extension, displacement, low cycle control and self-programming control etc.
6) It can realize switching among different test curves: stress-strain curve, load-deformation curve, load-displacement curve, load-time curve, deformation-time curve, displacement-time curve, load-strain curve. Test curves can be partially magnified. A few curves can be superimposed for comparison.
This machine adopts AC servo speed regulation system and German Bomet speed reducer as power supply.
Using computer control and screen display test data and test state.
This machine is applicable to metal, cementing compound, tubes and pipes, sectional materials, aviation, petrochemical industry, waterproof roll, wire and cable, textile, fiber, plastics, rubber, ceramics, food, medical packaging, geotextile, film, wood, paper and other manufacturing, and can also be used to do the demonstration for colleges.
