1. What is your roller chain plate material?

We use 40Mn,this is the most standard material,compare to other 45Mn, 40Mn is better.

2. Surface color ?

Shot blast treatment keeps original steel color,this is much more eviromental friendly technology and with same anti corrotion protection surface.

If customer insist on black or blue surface, we can do also

3. Heat treatment?

We use the most advantage heat treat equipment device, it is the most important process to enlarge chain tensile ability, hardness of plate and pin,bush etc,.

4. Package style ?

According to customer require: 5meter, 10FT,25roll,etc.

5. Delivery ?

Some items we may have ready shipment, but mostly we produce as per order quality, normaly 30days production period.

6. Quality guarantee ?

Our production has been follow DIN,ISO standard, so under normal usage our roller chains has much longer work life then other un qualified quality chains.
