GENERAL DESCRIPTION: 

This POWER UNITS FOR ELECTRIC WORK PLATFORM is equiped with a high pressure gear pump, a AC motor, a multi-funtional manifold values and a tank,etc. Specially designed for two-poles car lift ,with the function of power lift and gravity lowering.The lowering speed can be controlled by manual adjustable flow valve.

OUTLINE DIMENSION & HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT OPTIONAL :

SPECIAL NOTES:

1. The power unit is of S3 duty ,which can only be worked  intermittently,ie.,1minute on and 9 minute off.

2.Clean all the hydraulic parts concemed before mounting the power unit.

3. Viscosity of the hydraulic oil should be 15-68 cst,which should also be clean and free of impurities. N46 hydraulicoil is recom-mended.

4.This power units should be mounted horizontal.

5.Check the oil level in the tank after the first start of the power unit.

6.Oil changing is required after the initial 100 operation hours afterwards once every 3000 hours.

Packing Details  :  We pay high attention to the hydraulic dc motor 12v 2200w 2800rpm torque dc motor motor packaging, adopt poly foam packing and then pack them to plywood case to protect dc motor, this series of complete packing enable you receive good products.

3. aftermarket service: according to consumer requirements, technical guidance on the use and other aspects. In case of quality problems under normal use, free replacement within one year of free maintenance for life.
