Q3: Do you have MOQ requirements?

A: In general 1000pcs per item, it depends on exact item, for big parts, below 1000pcs we also accept it.

Q4: Can you provide sample?

A: Yes, we can provide samples and charge sample costs, when we receive your official order, we will return it back to customers

Q5: What's leading time?

A: Usually15 days for samples, 30 days for mass production

Our factory has rich experiences in processing precision metal parts with various materials such as AISI420, SUS303, SUS304, 12L14,12L15, AL6061, AL6063, AL7075, Copper, Brass etc.

We also provide different surface treatment for the parts i.e. anodizing, hard anodizing, electroplating, blackening, quenching etc.

Our factory can provide polishing, grinding, and vibration milling.

The former name is TAIHEYU Precision Metals Co., Ltd which was founded in 2001 and it was changed into KingTeam since December of 2012 due to the development. The factory is located in Shenzhen, China with an area over 12000 square meters.

In 2006, KingTeam set up a branch factory in Huizhou due to the increasing business year by year. At present, KingTeam has 248 employees and the branch factory has 150 employees, including over 50 technicians and 50 QC inspectors.
