3.How many years warranty your company provide?

We provide our customers one year warranty, during warranty period, if there is any parts of the machine went wrong, we will send free ones to you immediately and will guide you how to fix it.

4.If the wearing part break down, what to do?

We normally send many pieces wearing part together with your order.

5. Is it difficult to install the machine?

The main parts of the machine will be installed by our enginner, customers only need to install the wheel and accessories like rotary blade. 

6.How to use this machine?

We will send video and operating manual to you and train you how to use and maintain the machine.

7.What is your MOQ?

One set is available is you are final user or want to test the machine as an sample. For distuributer, normally our MOQ is 20ft container, but one set is also availble for you to test the machine quality. We offer you different price according to your order quanlity.
