Descriptions of deep groove ball bearing
Sealed (2RS1) bearings are fitted with two synthetic rubber seals to prevent leakage of lubricant as well as entry of dust, water and other harmful material.
The seals are made from an oil and wear-resistant synthetic rubber with a steel reinforcement
Operating temperature from -40°C to +120°C
Accepts radial and axial loads
Both standard and C3 clearance available
Single row deep groove ball bearings are especially adaptable. They have a simple design, are non-separable, and are suitable for high speeds. These have a C3 clearance to allow expansion within the bearing at high speeds and temperatures.
The rubber seals on the ball bearing protect against the entry of dust and so on. This also helps to preserve the lubricant. These deep groove ball bearings are versatile, robust and relatively easy to maintain.
