A: We are factory.  Tianjin New Ruihua Technology Co.,Ltd integrates production, trade, investment and sales.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A: For our first business, 100% in advance. For long-term business, 50% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 1-3 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods out of stock, depends on order quantity.

A: For the second business Payment<=2000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=2000USD, 50% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra?

A: Yes, we could provide free samples, but freight collect.
