Working Principle When the machine is working, after the knife shield is covered, all kinds of vegetables of rhizomes and leaves are put into the dish. The vegetables rotate counterclockwise with the dish and are chopped into stuffing through a rotating knife. (Users can master the cutting time according to the requirements of the thickness of the vegetable stuffing).

Installation Instructions

1.Before use,check whether the operation of each part is flexible,whether the switch and power cord are damaged due to transportation,whether the solid screw is loose and whether there is any foreign body in the dish basin.

2.Switch on the power and start the motor to check whether the steering of the cutter is rotating from top to bottom toward the center of the bowl.

3.there should be no abnormal sound when the empty vehicle is running ,otherwise it should be stopped for inspection and used only after elimination.

Maintenace and precautions:

1.Turbine box must be well lubricated,use half a month to add the appropriate amount of gear oil,three months to half a year to replace the gear oil,so as not to cause parts wear.(remove the front guard plate when filling oil).

2.After use want to scrub carefully clean,besmear edible oil on knife,lest rust,affect use efficiency. 3.The vegetables should not be to large,large piece of vegetable can be cut into small piecesThe longer the cutting time is, the bette.

4.To ensure person safety , do not put your hand inside the knife shield.

5.Do not make the switch,motor and power cord damaged,be affected with damp,in order to ensure safety,please connect the ground wire at the machine grounding mark.

6.If abnormal phenomena are found in the work,cut off the power supply first,check and eliminate it before starting the work.
