Our corn flakes breakfast cereals processing line is developed and manufactured based on international advanced extrusion technology.

This line can produce corn flakes,coco crunch(cocoa crunch,chocolate crunch,koko krunch),cocoa puffs (coco ball),fruit loops (froot loops,fruit rings),chocolate rings,star cereals and many other different shapes of breakfast cereals products.

Our company has rice experiences in this line. We are able to supply turnkey project including grinding system for raw material, production machines for corn flakes and cereal, packing system for final products etc.

Raw materials preparation (Flour mixing) – Extrusion – predrying – Flaking – Drying – hot air puffing – Sugar Coating – cooling ,Drying.

3. Requested raw material for the line

Corn flour (Powder), rice flour, wheat flour,oat flour, other grain flour.            

4. Delivery time : 45 to 60 days  

5. Manufacturing and acceptance standard :

All the machines are designed by our senior engineers based on our long time experience in food extrusion line.All parts we purchase from suppliers and made by ourselves must be manufactured, assembled, tested according to strict standard. Each machine in our factory has to be tested and proved before its delivery.

6. Package and shipment :

We will have the containers to come to us factory to load the machines and we do this ourselves and we seal the containers.This is the most safe way for our machines and our customers.The machines are to be packed into wooden cases or wrapped by plastic film.
