A foam cleaning process

Note: Beware that foam may be ejected from the spark plug as it enters the combustion chamber.

Warning: Park your car in a well-ventilated area with compressed air connections. Prepare gloves, glasses, fire extinguishers, and liquid waste bins.

1. Slowly remove the ignition wire from the top of the engine and remove the spark plug of each cylinder with the special cylinder sleeve of the spark plug.

2. Screw off the tank cap, add combustion chamber cleaning liquid, and tighten the cap.

3. Rotate the transfer valve to the foaming position.

4. Connect with the compressed air and adjust the air pressure to 3-4kg with the pressure regulating valve 2.

5. Insert the foam gun into the combustion chamber from the spark plug.

6. Slowly press down the foam gun handle and spray the foam cleaning liquid into the combustion chamber until the entire combustion chamber is covered. When a small amount of foam comes out, close the foam gun handle. Spray foam cleaning fluid into each combustion chamber in turn for cleaning

Vacuum pumping process

1. After the foam is injected into the combustion chamber, wait for 5-10 minutes.

2. Rotate the transfer valve to the recovery position.

3. Insert the waste liquid extraction pipe from the spark plug into the bottom of the combustion chamber.

4. Thoroughly remove the carbon accumulation, impurities and old cleaning liquid in the combustion chamber, pump back to the waste liquid cup, and pump out each combustion chamber in turn.

Disconnect the compressed air.

Note: If the waste liquid cup is full, it must be drained before the next pumping process.

Waste liquid disposal process

Open the waste liquid ball valve to drain the waste liquid.

Secondary cleaning process

1. Screw off the tank cap, add combustion chamber cleaning liquid, and tighten the cap.

2. Rotate the transfer valve to the foaming position.

3. Connect with compressed air.

4. Insert the foam gun into the combustion chamber from the spark plug.

5. Slowly press down the foam gun handle, and spray the foam cleaning liquid into the combustion chamber until the entire combustion chamber is covered. When a small amount of foam comes out, close the foam gun handle. Spray foam cleaning fluid into each combustion chamber in turn for cleaning

Waste liquid disposal process

Open the waste liquid ball valve to drain the waste liquid.

Need to work

1. Put a towel into the mouth of each combustion chamber, and insert the compressed air gun from the spark plug into the combustion chamber to blow out a small part of carbon deposition and impurities.

2. Idling the engine 3 to 5 times to drain the rare cleaning fluid from the combustion chamber.

3. Carefully reload all spark plugs and ignition wires and start the engine for 2 minutes.

Note: 1) If the spark plug is not clean or damaged, clean it or replace it with a new one.

2) After each cleaning, remove the old liquid from the cleaning machine to protect the performance of the equipment.

Iv. Operating instructions for fuel oil system, intake system and ternary catalytic cleaning

1. Cleaning method of fuel system:

1) Unscrew the oil cleaning liquid tank cover of the equipment, pour the needed cleaning liquid into the tank, and tighten the tank cover.

2) Push the cleaning machine to the side of the car to be cleaned, remove the engine inlet pipe, connect it to the fitting joint of the inlet port, and connect it to the quick joint of the oil cleaning pipe of the cleaning machine.

3) Remove the engine return pipe and plug up the return pipe outlet of the engine with appropriate joint. (If there is no refuel engine, this step is not required.)

4) Remove the gasoline pump safety, so that the gasoline pump can not work. (This must be done before cleaning).

5) Connect the equipment to the air source, open the air valve, pull the pressure regulating valve knob 1 outwards a little, then rotate the pressure regulating knob clockwise, open the oil circuit, start the engine, and make the engine idle normally, that is, carry out the cleaning. (The pressure regulating valve rotates clockwise to boost pressure and counterclockwise to reduce pressure. The pressure is adjusted to the 20PSI pressure of about 2.5kg /cm2 of the electric spray car, but it must be adjusted according to the pressure required by the engine of the car.)

6) The cleaning time is about 20 minutes or until the newly installed cleaning solution is used up.

7) End of cleaning. First, turn the air pressure regulating valve counterclockwise to close, then close the air valve, and then dismantle the joint connection, restore the engine inlet and return oil pipe as is, connect the oil pump safety, start the engine, properly refueling, check that there is no leakage at each connected oil pipe.

8) Clean up the site for later use

2. Cleaning method of intake system:

1) Unscrew the gas-path cleaning liquid tank cover of the equipment, pour the required cleaning liquid into the tank, and tighten the tank cover.

2) Push the cleaning machine to the car to be cleaned.

3) Open the hood of the car and disconnect the intake manifold at the throttle.

4) Start the engine and let it run at idle.

5) Take out the special atomizing nozzle of the intake system, connect it with the air path cleaning pipe of the equipment, and then put it into the throttle valve of the engine just opened.

3. Ternary catalytic cleaning method:

Method 1: Same as the inlet system cleaning method.

Method 2: Connect the special transparent pipe to the air line cleaning pipe of the equipment.

(After starting the engine, pull out the suction vacuum negative pressure tube on the engine, insert the conical head of the transparent tube into the vacuum tube, use the negative pressure of the engine to suck in the cleaning liquid, and clean the valve to control the liquid flow rate of the transparent tube. Note: There should be no air pressure in the air path cleaning tank, and the cap should be loosened a little.

The company recommends the use of method one, because method two easy to cause error operation!

6) Connect the equipment to the air source, open the air valve, pull the pressure regulating valve knob 1 outward a little, then rotate the pressure regulating knob clockwise to make the pressure gauge display reading about 1.5kg/cm2, open the atomizing liquid pipeline, atomizing joint start spray cleaning, cleaning time is about 20 minutes (until the cleaning agent is used up).

7) End of cleaning. First close the pressure regulating valve of the equipment, then close the air valve, and then take out the atomizing joint pipe.

8) Turn off the engine and connect the throttle back to the engine as is.

9) Clean up the site for later use.
