The 32700battery 13 channel sorting machine is suitable for the voltage and internal resistance sorting test of the 32700battery core which is divided by the battery core factory. The electrical control part of the sorting system adopts modular design, with high integration, good general purpose and convenient maintenance. The actuator adopts stepper motor control with high precision and good reliability. The number of equipment receiving slots is 13 slots, which can be arbitrarily set voltage and internal resistance value. The sorting efficiency is high, and the battery can be accurately sent to the specified gear according to the set internal resistance and voltage value. The equipment adopts the silo type loading, the cylinder automatically divides the material, and the personnel manually collects the material. Realize the automation of 32700cell sorting.
