What's the Minimum Order Quantity?

MOQ for heating mat is 500sq. m.
MOQ for self regulating heating cable is 1000m.
MOQ for constant wattage heating cable is 1000m.
MOQ for thermostats is 50 pieces.

Can I place a sample order first?

Yes, you can place sample order to check the quality and testing it. Parts of samples are free of charge. Delivery cost is on buyer's account.

What is your delivery time?

Normally within 7~15 days, big order should be negotiated.

What's the payment term?

T/T, L/C, Western Union, Paypal, Alibaba secure payment, D/P.

What is warranty of your product?

25 years for heating cable & heating mat.
2 years for for constant wattage/self-regulating heating cable and thermostats.

How to control quality?

1. All the raw materials by ICQ(Incoming quality control).
2. IPQC(In Processing Quality control).
3. QC fully inspection before packing.
4. Before shipment, do fully inspection again.
