Step 1: Select appropriate memory fixater according to the condition of the fracture.
Step 2: Routine disinfection.
Step 3: Distract the fixater in iced saline at 0~5℃ after cooling for 3~5 minutes.
Step 4: Incision operation.
Step 5: Install the fixater at fracture site.
Step 6: Hot compress the fixater with gauzes soaked in 45℃ sterile saline.
Step 7: Shape recover automatically, and the fixater is fixed in the injured bone firmly.
