 A: Bearings from our company come with six months limited warranty under this condition: proper installation, operation and maintenance. If the malfunctions under warranty, you could contact us for replacement.The warranty dated from the date of the shipment.

3. Q:Can I get some samples and do you offer the sample free?

  A:Yes, sure, we are honored to offer you samples.If we have stock, we can send you free sample. And you just need to pay freight. If there have no stock, you need to pay sample fee and freight.

4. Q: Can i customize the bearings?

 A: Yes,sure .we provide customize made service. 

You need to send us the drawings for our further handing.

5. Does the sample fee can be return back?

 A: If you place an order, we can return part of sample fee even all of fee to you.It also depends on the Quantity of order and the type of sample.
