All spare parts except u-joint are produced by ourselves. Our producing process are strictly follow below steps:

Raw material - Prepare raw materials 

• Rough turning - Be close to dimensions

• Finish turning - Adjust to right dimensions

  Welding - turn into parts into componment

• Assembling - assemble a complete cardan shaft

• Balancing test - supply balance sheet to keep drive shaft running in balance

• Oiling - Make sure cardan shafts work under lubrication

• Spray printing - protection, decoration and warning

• Package - plastic sheet and wooden package to avoid crash

• Shipping - Follow customers' requirements, arrange shipment.
