Application and function

Processing objects include: beans, seeds, traditional Chinese medicine, dried nuts, corn, wheat, rice, peanut, sunflower seeds, buckwheat, millet, etc.

It is specially used to remove the moldy particles, shriveled particles, empty shells, moth eaten particles, immature particles, not full particles and other impurities in materials.

The equipment has a certain function of removing stones, which can remove stones from materials.

Principle and applicability

The Gravity Separator is a kind of equipment which is sorted according to the specific gravity difference between materials and impurities. It includes frame, wind system, vibration system,gravity table, etc.

When the machine is working, the materials are mainly affected by two forces: wind force and vibration friction force. Under the action of wind force, the materials are in suspension state, the light ones are on the top and the heavy ones are on the bottom, the materials are stratified, the vibration of gravity table makes the heavy products on the bottom climb up, and the light impurities on the top flow down under the action of wind force, so as to complete the separation of materials and impurities.

The machine is suitable for the occasion where the fine separation density of particles is similar. Compared with the Air screen cleaner with gravity table, its precision is obviously higher, but the output is relatively low, so it is generally not suitable for the direct processing of raw materials.

1.   Air Chamber Design

　　If less impurity in the grain, the side flow grain expansion function can be added, which can significantly improve the screening efficiency.

5.Fan frequency control (non standard)

With frequency converter, it can adjust and control the air volume of the gravity table, and realize the control of grain flow state; especially suitable for small grain materials and frequent variety change.

6.Automatic stone removal function (non standard)
　　This function can automatically remove the stones in the raw materials.
