Standards of 0.6/1kV 4 Core Copper Conductor PVC/ XLPE insulated single core muti cores copper aluminum electrical cable wire
The products are manufactured according to the standards of GB/T 12706.1 in low voltage power cable with extruded insulation and their accessories for rated voltages from 1Kv(Um=1.2kV) up to 35kV(Um=40.5kV) in part 1 cables for rated voltages from 1kV(Um=1.2kV) and3kV(Um=3.6kV).

For 0.6/1kV 4 cores XLPE insulated aluminum electrical cable wire,silane water cure method has been employed to transform the molecular structure of PE into three-dimensional network i.e. transforming thermoplastic PE into thermosetting XLPE. After cross linking,the heat and mechanical properties of the cable have been greatly improved while its electrical properties are still maintained.

The conductor operating temperature of XLPE insulated low voltage electrical cable wire is 90℃.Comparing to the conductor of the same cross section, the long-term permissible current rating will be raised 25% more than than of PVC insulated. The cable has the advantages of simplicity in construction, lightness in weight and antichemical corrosion in properties. It can also be laid with no limitation of level difference along the route. The cable is used for fix-installed electiric power transmission and distribution systems, operating at rated voltage 1000V and below. Five cores cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE) insulatedelectric power cable is applicable on the circuit of three phases and five line, the earthing conductor and neutral conductor are divided, so it can ensure safety of the body.

1.Max.permissible operating temperature of conductor is 90℃.
2.Conductor short-circuit temperature shall not exceed 250℃ Max. sustaining period shall not exceed 5 seconds.
3.Bending radius
Bending radius of single core cable:20(D+d)±5%
Bending radius of single core cable:15(D+d)±5%
D-Actual outer diameter of cable sample(mm);
d-Actual diameter of the conductor(mm).
4.No restriction of level difference along the route for installation.
5.Installation temperature
It shall be heated when ambient temperature is below 0℃
