Space environment simulation test equipment has a high degree of automation, precise temperature control, simple and convenient operation, stable and reliable long-term operation;
The coolant temperature adjustment stage realizes the coexistence of radiation and heat conduction in a vacuum environment, and increases the temperature rise and fall of the specimen. Use cryogenic pumps and dry pumping systems to eliminate oil contamination from the vacuum system;
Composite refrigerant and heating cage method, the use of mechanical refrigerant mechanical compressor refrigeration, heat sink minimum temperature can reach -175 °C, with the heating cage temperature can reach 150 degrees;
Liquid nitrogen refrigeration adopts a pressure-adjusting liquid nitrogen process, which saves the use of liquid nitrogen and has a wide test temperature range. Using heating cage partition temperature control method, temperature uniformity can reach±2 °C;
A plurality of vacuum containers can share a vacuum system. Each container has an independent valve control, which can work independently or at the same time.
The overall structure of the space environment simulation equipment consists of five aspects: vacuum vessel, vacuum pumping system, temperature guarantee system, equipment control monitoring system and auxiliary system.
The vacuum chamber volume can be designed according to the user's requirements, and the device can be expanded with magnetic fluid seal torque loading, quartz crystal microbalance testing, and quadrupole mass spectrometry detection.
