When the temperature and humidity controller of the high and low temperature impact test chamber shows abnormal temperature (overtemperature alarm), the fault and solutions:

1. Check whether the over-temperature protector (black knob with temperature value engraved on it) is set at 150℃.

2. Check whether the circulating motor in the test box is damaged or not running.

3. Check whether the solid-state relay in the temperature part is burnt out and short-circuited.

Solution:

1. Turn the over-temperature protector to the position of 150℃, or add 30℃ to the use temperature.

2. Inform the manufacturer's customer service department to replace the circulating motor.

3. Replace the solid state relay of the temperature part (the solid state relay marked with the wire number T)
