First, the drop table cannot fall

Check the drop switch, drop relay, drop pull-in solenoid and drop release device one by one.

Second, the drop arm of the packaging drop test machine cannot be reset

Check whether the reset switch, reset relay, reset motor, reset sensor, reset gear are damaged one by one.

Third, the meter does not display

Check if there is power supply in the equipment. If there is power supply, please check whether there is any black mark on the power terminal of the instrument.

Fourth, the meter height display is inaccurate

Reset the lowest landing point of the landing platform and re-detect the height. According to the instrument manual method, adjust the parameters and correct the display height of the instrument.

Fifth, the meter can display but cannot be set

Check whether the meter is locked artificially, if it is locked, please input the password.

Sixth, the vibration of the falling platform during ascent and descent is large

1. Check whether the drop table is placed on a stable installation site. If there is any shaking, please adjust the site and restart.

2. Whether there is lubricating oil on the guide rail of the falling platform, if not, please add lubricating oil. The equipment should add lubricating oil according to the actual situation.

3. Check whether the chain of the falling platform is loose, if any, please tighten the thread and tighten the chain.
