How to make churros

Material:churros machine , oil, churros powder, purewater, chocolate sauce, ice cream (Other recipes also ok )

01.mix powder and water together with mixer (or by hand mix)for about one minute until dough is smooth and not sticky (dough look like golden color)



02.mix powder and water together until dough is smooth and not sticky (dough look like golden color) , fill the mixed dough into the churro barrel, start making churros (choose the length you need and cut it off). then put the churros into 200°C oil and fry it into golden color)



03.put the finish fried churros into food grade packaging paper bag and add some ice cream, chocolate sauce or jams.
