The Commercial Waffle Toaster is designed for baking waffle with independent heat control and aluminum molds . The baking molds are made of high grade aluminum with high thermal conductivity .

Ingredients:

• 4 eggs, separated
• 1 cup milk
• 2 cups flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 cup butter or margarine (melted and room temperature)
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

1. Beat the egg yolks and sugar together in a bowl until they are extra light, but  thick. You’ll have a nice sunny-yellow color.
2. Add the milk, vanilla, and melted butter to the batter and mix together.
3. Mix together your flour, baking, powder, and salt.
4. Add the that mixture to the batter and mix well, but don’t overdo it.
5. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff and then fold them into the batter with a spatula, but don’t mix them, just fold them in gently.
6. Bake the batter in your waffle maker until golden brown.
