1.Do you offer free printing samples?
Yes, we can print some samples according to customer's requirements.

2.What's your delivery time ?
Delivery can be arranged between 5 to 20 working days after the customer has deposited the payment.

3.Once there is something needs to be replaced ,what can I do?
We have all the spare parts in stock for the printer.

4.Can we send our technician to your factory for training?
Yes, you are warmly welcome to visit us for free training.

5.How long is the print head life?
Normally use and maintenance, it can use 2-3 years.

6.If I have some technical problem, how can you help us to solve it?
Detailed description, photos or video will help our technician analyze the problem and give solution accordingly.

7.What payment method are supported?
T/T, western union etc.

8.How long does the printing images will last outdoors and indoors?
The printing images can last at least 3 years outdoors, and more than 10 years indoor.

9.How about the stability and quality of the printing images?
This UV flatbed printer can used to print on most of medias with est quality, durability, best result.

10.How about the maintains and afters ales service?
Our engineer available service overseas, and we can provide remote control service and online service for customers. But customer has to be responsible for the accommodation and transportation costs of the technical staff.

11.Are you a manufacturer or trade agent?
We are the manufacturer of the UV flatbed printers.

12.Is there any guarantee for this printer?
Yes, we have guarantee for this printer. We provide one year warranty for all the electronic parts including the main board, driver board, control board, motor, etc. But there is no warranty for wearing parts like ink pump, print head, ink filter, and slide block since they are consumables.

13.How can I install and start to use the printer?
At first, you should read the users' manual to understand the machine and watch the video, After you get the machine , our technician will teach you how to install and use machine by remote control via Teamviewer or Skype. Whenever you have questions to the machine, you can contact our technician or me.

14.How will you achieve the warranty?
If any electronics or a mechanical parts is confirmed to be broken, Ntek should send new part within 48 hours by express like TNT, DHL ,FEDEX etc to the buyer. And shipping cost should be born by the buyer.

15.What kinds of the materials need premier before printing?
Ceramic, acrylic, glass, metal,marble etc.
