This machine is a fine defeathering equipment for plucking chicken, duck, goose, pigeon, quail etc. It can be single use or be with other slaughtering equipments. The machine is the first choice for small scale slaughtering house.

The Machine Features and Performances:

1. Adopts horizontal roller structure, chain transmission.

2. Two rows of depilating rollers. 3 pieces roller upper and 4 pieces rollers lower. Space between upper rollers and lower can be adjustable for different poultry size.

3. Total 808 pieces rubber sticks for the depilating rollers. Replacing the rubber sticks after 8000 pieces poultry plucking.

4. Normally 300-600 pieces poultry per hour, plucking 6-8 pieces chickens one time. 28 seconds plucking time is enough.

5. Easy to operate, press the pedal and it will release the plucked chicken.

6. Optional devices: chicken receiving crate available, adjustable moving wheels as your equipment, automatic chicken releasing system controlled by an air compressor.
