Question: Can I print my own logo?

Answer: We can print logo according to the picture you provided, our professional designers can also deign for you.

Question: Can you change the size and color?

Answer: Sure, once you make the deposit, our designer will come up with design pictures for you to check,

we will start making after you are satisfied with the final design pictures.

Question: May I get a sample?

Answer: Paid sample is accepted. We will refund the sample charge if you order more units.

Question: What are included with the product?

Answer: We provide high standard CE/UL air blower, strong storage bag, repair kit and maintenance kit for free.

Question: How long will the product last?

Answer: As long as you follow the instructions, it will last until you want to order a different one.

Question: How long is the production time?

Answer: It depends on the time you placed the order, and the complication of the design. Usually,

after you approved our design pictures, the unit will be finished in 15 – 20 days

(including test, and quality control).

Question: Can I order something you do not have in your website?

Answer: We can make any inflatable units with or without picture;

our designers will work from a sketch until you are satisfied. You name it we make it.

Question: How long can I receive the product?

Answer: We can ship to any places all around the world, ocean, air or ground shipping.

It usually takes 30 – 60 days until you receive your product.

Answer: You can pay through the secure Alibaba payment link,

you can choose from T/T, credit card, PayPal, e – Checking, LC, Pay Later.

Question: Does the product need continuous inflation?

Answer: If the product you ordered is not sealed type, yes.

Question: Do you provide different standard blower?

Answer: Because different countries are using different plugs and voltage.

In order to send the right blower for you, please kindly tell us what standard of plugs and voltage you use

when you place order.

Generally, there are European, American, British, Australian, Philippines, Korean standard.

If you don't know about that, you could send pictures of your plugs, we will send the right blower accordingly.

Question: How do I use the product?

Answer: It is very easy to set up. Prepare your ground, open the packages of inflatables and air blower

unfold the inflatables, then connect the air blower with inflatable and turn on the electricity to inflate it.
